From Your First Aesthetic Consultation & Treatment

We understand that your first appointment can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming. From contemplating treatment options to scheduling your initial appointment, we are here to assist you!

Here’s what to expect:

At Augusta Aesthetics, we have an amazing team of patient care coordinators who will assist you in scheduling and address any questions you may have before your arrival. Prior to your first aesthetic treatment, we kindly request that you complete your medical history and required paperwork in advance. You can find these documents on the Symplast app—click here to download on the App Store. The Symplast app is a convenient tool for tracking your progress, accessing financial information, and requesting appointments.

 

Upon your arrival, our team will assist you with the check-in process at our front desk to verify your information and guide you through signing some general practice consents.

Photos

Following check-in, one of our team members will escort you to a treatment room, where you will undergo the capture of a standard set of ‘Before photos’ to be reviewed with your treatment provider. Additionally, at this time, we can conduct a VISIA consultation if desired. Photos are a great way to capture treatment progress and determine the best ongoing treatment plan for the future.

VISIA is an advanced facial analysis camera that will assist us in guiding you through the consultation process and can also aid in tracking results throughout your treatment journey. One notable feature of VISIA is its ability to generate predictions of how certain treatments in our office will modify the face. We can predict the outcome of injecting dermal filler in specific areas, providing patients with great peace of mind as they approach their first treatment.

Any photos taken during your aesthetic journey with us will be accessible either on the Symplast Patient App or on the VISIA ViewMyConsult app, depending on the platform where they were taken. We strongly encourage you to download these apps to monitor your aesthetic progress and view your before-and-after results.

 

Consulting with a Provider

After the completion of photos and VISIA, you will be escorted to a treatment room to meet your provider. Our team of medical providers are highly skilled in their practice and very knowledgeable about the services in our office. To learn more about our team of providers, click here.

During your New Patient Consultation, one of our medical providers will review your medical history, assess your aesthetic goals, and create a treatment plan that is best for you. As providers, we are here to listen to your personal concerns and help you navigate through the best treatment options, providing an individualized plan of care. At Augusta Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on delivering natural-looking results that enhance your beauty and slow down the aging process.

Aesthetics Appointments

After you select the treatment plan that is best for you, we can typically perform your chosen treatment on the same day or schedule it for a time convenient for you. Appointment times may vary depending on the length of your selected treatment. Before your treatment, our providers will discuss your preferred payment method, and we will prepare to provide you with your first aesthetic treatment.

Our goal during any treatment is to ensure our patients are as comfortable as possible. We offer multiple different options to ensure the highest level of comfort during these medical procedures.

Post Care

Once your treatment is complete, we will discuss any post-treatment instructions and schedule a follow-up if needed. Additionally, we like to conduct follow-up calls to ensure you do not have any questions or concerns after your treatment.
