Meet Our Medical Providers
Erin, FNP-C
Erin, FNP-C is the founder and main provider at Augusta Aesthetics.
While earning her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Cincinnati, Erin began her clinical career in the Cardiac ICU at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Thriving in a collaborative and challenging environment, Erin provided patients with the best possible care and continuously advanced her knowledge and skills.
Next, Erin transitioned to the aesthetic industry in 2016, working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for the industry is displayed in her dedication to her patients and her interest in expanding her skillset. She takes great pride in working with patients to determine the best treatment options to achieve the desired outcomes. Taking an educational approach, Erin encourages patients to learn and ask questions about the products and treatments.
In addition to operating her aesthetic practice, Erin is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses. Rachel, FNP-C
Meet Rachel, one of Augusta Aesthetics' Advanced Aesthetic Treatment Providers!
Rachel earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Kentucky in 2009. She started her career in the cardiac unit at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She then went on to do travel nursing for a few years working in southern California, Denver, CO, and Texas.
While working as a traveling nurse, she decided to go back to school to further open opportunities in her nursing career. Rachel graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2016 with her Masters degree in Nursing and is certified by the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Rachel decided to take the leap into aesthetic medicine in 2018 and hasn’t looked back. She is passionate about giving everyone a place to feel comfortable discussing their aesthetic concerns and helping them feel confident in their skin. She believes that when you look good you feel good and this is an integral part of our holistic care at Augusta Aesthetics. In her personal life, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children!

Libby, RN
Meet Our Aesthetic Treatment Provider Libby! Libby earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Joseph University in 2010. She has spent the last 12 years of her career at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center working on the Acute Care Cardiology Unit.
Without a doubt, her passion for skincare and wellness is what has led her to practice aesthetic medicine at Augusta. Libby has personally suffered from hormonal acne and melasma and knows how much a clear complexion can boost one’s confidence.
Libby’s goal is to help empower her patients to feel healthy and beautiful inside and out and to help them become the best version of themselves. Libby wants all of her patients to feel comfortable and confident in their bare skin! Apart from work life, you can find Libby spending time with her husband and children, or at the gym, or enjoying the outdoors.

Shannon, RN
Meet Our Aesthetic Treatment Provider, Shannon! Shannon received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2016 from Ohio University and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient pediatrics for the past 7 years. After becoming a mom and having children of her own, she made it her mission to pursue her career in aesthetics. Shannon has a passion to help others feel more confident in their own skin and to help others find overall success in their health and wellness journey.
She loves expanding her knowledge and skills in order to help others, which is why she recently enrolled at Ohio University (Go Bobcats!) to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing and become a Family Nurse Practitioner. When Shannon isn't working or studying for school, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, staying active inside and outside the gym, and exploring new restaurants!

Devon, Operations Manager
With over 15 years of dedicated management expertise, including a decade of impactful contributions to the healthcare industry, Devon is passionate about helping individuals look and feel their best through the exciting world of aesthetics. Her journey has been a testament to her commitment to excellence and continuous growth.
Throughout her career, Devon has honed her leadership skills by overseeing diverse teams and navigating complex challenges.
Devon’s healthcare background has provided her with a profound understanding of patient care, safety, and the importance of ethical practices. She believes in the power of combining healthcare knowledge with the artistry of aesthetics to enhance people's lives.
Devon’s journey has led her to seek a new adventure with Augusta Aesthetics where she can leverage her extensive management experience to contribute to a company that shares her vision of empowering individuals to radiate confidence and well-being.
McKenna, Marketing Manager
McKenna is Augusta Aesthetics’ Marketing Manager. She obtained her undergraduate degree in 2023 from Ohio University, where she studied Healthcare Administration and developed a focus in marketing. Wherever there is a need for creativity, McKenna can be found searching for new aesthetic industry trends and promoting services for the office. McKenna runs our social media, @augustaaesthetic on Instagram & @augusta_aesthetics on TikTok! Behind the scenes, McKenna also helps with recruitment and business development for Augusta Aesthetics.
McKenna's favorite aspect of working with Augusta Aesthetics is how incredible the team is. When she is not at work, you can find her balancing life between two cities! She is currently working remotely and living in Nashville, and frequently comes back to Cincinnati to see the team. In both cities, she enjoys practicing in hot yoga classes, going on outdoor adventures, cooking, and eating out.
Beth, Patient Care Coordinator
Beth is a Patient Care Coordinator at Augusta Aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Cincinnati and has built her career in cross-functional teamwork, territory and product sales as well as budget management and building client relationships. She transitioned her skills into her love of the aesthetics industry, focusing on patient care as well as aiding in our providers’ needs.
She prides herself in all aspects of managing the daily scheduling and communications with Augusta prospective and returning patients. She loves interacting on the phone or in person with each and every patient and strives to make sure their experience is positive and engaging.
When she is not at work, Beth enjoys spending quality time with her husband, 3 daughters and son. She’s an avid runner, loves her 2 rescue dogs and prides herself in cooking wonderful meals for her family and friends.
Beth, Patient Care Coordinator
Katey is a Patient Care Coordinator at Augusta Aesthetics. Her love for self care and the aesthetics industry is what led her to become a patient at Augusta Aesthetics before she started working with the Augusta team. When Katey is not working with us at the front desk, she is a Flight Attendant for American Airlines. She has been with American since 2017 and loves every minute of it. Feel free to ask her for advice and travel help while in the office!
Katey’s favorite part about working at Augusta Aesthetics is the environment. She says “Our team is so welcoming, and our providers are so passionate about helping others feel their best in their own skin! It’s truly inspiring to see the new confidence from our patients after they see their results!” Katey has loved being a part of the aesthetics industry and can’t wait to get you scheduled to come in and experience what we have to offer at Augusta Aesthetics.
When Katey isn’t working or flying, you can find her golfing with her husband, lounging by the pool, walking her dog or spending time with family!
